Generation Life Giveaway Promotion - FPA and AFA United Association Roadshow 2023 Lotteries Terms and Conditions:

1. Entry to the Generation Life Limited ABN 68 092 843 902 AFS Licence 225408 (“Generation Life”) lotteries is available to those aged at least 18 who:

• speak to a Generation Life representative, and
• have their FPA and AFA United Association Roadshow 2023 (“Roadshow”) name badge scanned by Generation Life

at a Generation Life exhibition stand at a Roadshow event at one of the following 10 locations:

• Hobart
• Newcastle
• Sydney
• Brisbane
• Melbourne
• Bendigo
• Adelaide
• Perth
• Canberra
• Townsville

to win a basket containing wine, nuts and other delicious snacks, with a retail value of $150. There will be a total of 10 hampers available to be won across the entire Roadshow program, with a basket being presented to the person drawn from the entrants at each of the abovementioned locations. 

2. It is a condition of entry that you agree that information you provide Generation Life may be used for a purpose other than to conduct a lottery such as, to distribute material to you and for Generation Life to otherwise contact you later. The information you provide us will be collected, held, used and disclosed in accordance with Generation Life’s Privacy Policy available at genlife.com.au/privacy-policy.

3. Each lottery closes by 3pm of the day of the Roadshow event when you entered.

4. Each winner will be drawn at 3pm of the day of each Roadshow event at Generation Life’s office at Level 17, 447 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 by choosing, at random, their name from those scanned at the Roadshow location they attended.

5. You agree that should you win, Generation Life will publish your first name, organisation name and the location you entered the lottery, on the Generation Life Giveaway Promotion - FPA and AFA United Association Roadshow 2023 Lotteries Terms and Conditions webpage and email you within 7 days of the draw, to arrange a meeting to present your prize.

6. If a prize isn’t presented to a winner within 28 days of the draw, their prize will be taken to be forfeited and the winner may be substituted via another draw.
