1.The Generation Life Limited ABN 68 092 843 902 AFS Licence 225408 (“Generation Life”) Giveaway is a lottery to win a hamper basket containing wine, chocolate, nuts crispbread, cookies and delicious party mix snacks, with a retail value of $110.
2. Entry to the Giveaway lottery is available to the registered attendees of the Virtual PD Event, Australia wide (excluding Northern Territory), who are at least 18 and visit the Generation Life booth as part of the Virtual PD Event. Entry is not open to registered attendees who are resident in Northern Territory.
4. The Giveaway lottery will close on Friday, 29 September 2023 as after, registered attendees will no longer have access to the Virtual PD Event.
5. The winner will be drawn on Friday, 6 October 2023 at Generation Life’s office at Level 17, 447 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 by choosing, at random, a name from the entrants.
6. You agree that should you win, then within 7 days of the draw Generation Life will publish your first name, organisation name on the Generation Life Giveaway Lottery - Principals’ Community Virtual Professional Development Event 2023 (“Virtual PD Event”) terms and conditions webpage and that you entered the Giveaway lottery via the Virtual PD Event and will email you to arrange a meeting to present your prize. If you cannot meet, you agree that, as winner of the Giveaway lottery, you will provide us with the address to which your prize may be sent to you.
7. If the prize isn’t awarded to the (original) winner within 28 days after the draw, the prize will be taken to be forfeited and the winner may be substituted via another draw.
