1. The Generation Life Limited ABN 68 092 843 902 (“Generation Life”) “How many are in the jar?” promotion is a guessing game of chance to win prizes (“the Promotion”).
2. Information on how to enter and prizes from part of these conditions, and entrants agree to be bound by these terms. Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.
3. Promoter
(a) The Promotion is conducted by Generation Life of Level 17, 447 Collins Street, Melbourne 3000.
4. Promotion period Entries are accepted at the Generation Life booth at the Retirement Health and Leisure Expo (“the Expo”) from 8:30am to 4:30pm AEST on 15/11/2025 and 9:00 am to 3:30pm AEST on 16/11/2025.
5. Eligibility
(a) Open to all attendees who visit the Generation Life booth at the Expo, aged 18 years or older.
(b) Employees of Generation Life and the financial advisers at the Generation Life booth at the Expo, plus their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
6. How to Enter
(a) Complete an entry form at the Generation Life booth with:

7. Winning Criteria
(a) The winner will be determined by the Promoter within 7 business days after the Expo ends, at it’s office at Level 17, 447 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 as the entry with the guess closest to the actual number of umbrellas in the jar.
(b) In the event of a tie (two or more entries equally close), the winner will be determined by the Promoter by randomly selecting the winner from the tied entrants.
(c) If a prize cannot be awarded to the (original) winner within 30 days after the Expo, that information will be published at www.genlife.com.au for 5 business days and then the prize will be taken to be forfeited. The Promoter’s decisions are final and binding.

(d) Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
(e) Prizes do not include alcohol as part of this Promotion.
(f) The first and second prizes are to be redeemed subject to the terms and conditions of their certificates at the abovementioned websites.
9. Notification & Collection
(a) Winners will be contacted within 7 business days of the end of the Expo.
(b) Certificates for the first and second prizes and the hamper for the third prize will be delivered free of charge to the contact addresses provided by the winners.
10. Promotion Location
(a) This promotion is conducted at the Retirement Health and Leisure Expo, Rosehill Gardens Racecourse, James Ruse Drive, Rosehill, NSW 2142.
11. Use of Personal Information
(a) By entering, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their information to administer the Promotion and deliver prizes. The Promoter may be required to disclose information to third parties in connection with the Promotion.
(b) You agree that should you win, Generation Life may publish at genlife.com.au in perpetuity without payment, your first name, organisation name (if any) and that you entered the Promotion at the Generation Life booth at the Expo.
(c) Participants consent to their information being used for the purpose of Generation Life communications or later contact, without payment, unless they opt out.
(d) Your information will be collected, held, used and disclosed in accordance with Generation Life’s Privacy Policy available at genlife.com.au

(a) If the Promoter receives a complaint or dispute about the Promotion, we will acknowledge receipt of it and aim to resolve it within 30 days. We will write to you to explain our decision and any further avenues of recourse.
(b) If we have not resolved your complaint within a reasonable time or you are not satisfied with our determination of such complaint, you may refer the complaint to:
